“We could not stay in this property, Exterior was overgrown, next to junkyard with misc items in yard, entered the property to an immediate sign stating "off limits" to the basement with a curtain--looked down to debris on steps and wife feeling unsafe. Kitchen floor was sticky, living area was dark, carpet smelled of smoke & dirty socks with furniture stained. Bathroom had urine splatters. “Lovely home! Very clean and well appointed. Owners left special touches (bottled water, fresh fruit, snacks, extra toiletries, plenty of throw blankets, extra bedding and towels) that really made for an enjoyable stay. The location of the house is just a half mile away from downtown Hayward and it’s a very easy walk. The neighborhood is quiet. Will definitely stay here again if I need accommodations while in the area. ”
