“Lovely little hotel with good bus line to nearby Richmond. The booking was a bit misleading as it says Richmond but is actually in Kew across from the lovely Kew Gardens. Richmond is a 10 minute bus drive away. Very nice service, cozy environment. I like Young’s Hotels because they feel like part of the neighborhood. ”

“This was the third time I’ve stayed at Bingham Riverhouse, and I have to say I love it. On this occasion they upgraded my room on arrival which was great. The room was tucked away at the top of the building and beautifully quiet at night. The massive shower in the bathroom was a delight. Breakfast as usual was delicious - though not included in my initial price, as I’d booked through a third party. This was the only downside in an otherwise great night’s stay, and I have no doubt I’ll be back. ”

“Everyone on staff is sweet and smiley! Very accommodating and welcoming. The breakfasts are cooked in the pub kitchen upon ordering, not continental-style. They make espresso drinks too! The room was quiet and cozy. I will return. ”

“Good hotel, clean and free parking is a bonus, would be great if they had refillable shampoo/shower gels to be more sustainable than the disposable mini bottles.”

“Pros: nicely located in Richmond and in a quiet area. Tv has all the subscription survives you could dream of. Cons: furniture is terribly uncomfortable including bed and sofa so you can tell it’s low quality. No good night sleep as a result. ”
