“This was a beautiful home for our family to share. The accommodations and amenities were excellent. So much to do at the lake and the house had everything we needed - even a stand mixer so we could bake! We had a bad storm on the third night so having a generator that kicked on when the power went out was fantastic. Our hist Jim was always quick to respond for any questions and property manager Ken was helpful. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!”

“We were visiting Chapin for an engagement party. The house was perfect for our adult children and their spouses and a great rendezvous point. The house was very nicely Appointed and had all the modern conveniences necessary to be comfortable. The home has a HUGE pool which made it very nice for a cool dip.The owner communication was nice, he reached out on the first day to make sure we had everything we needed. “Drew was an amazing host, very responsive to text and messages. The House is amazing, Very Clean, and set up nice. The kitchen is very well stocked with, cups, plates, silverware, and stuff you you wouldn't think of. I hope I have a need to visit SC again. Thank you Drew, my friends and family had an amazing time celebrating my daughters graduation from UoSC. Only complaint is the driveway is small, and shaped weird, I had a hard time getting my truck and boat trailer in the driveway. ”
