“The house is wonderfully comfortable and was perfectly located for what we needed. The house had an iron and ironing board (which for me was great). There was also a coffee maker AND coffee with filters. It was a small surprise that made my day. Beds were great and air flow was good as well. Overall I would definitely recommend this home for a comfortable stay!”

“My daughter totally loved the tiny home. I think her words were, "It's so cute!" But I liked it too, had everything we needed and then some without the needless bloat. Suggestion. Put a unit number on the A frame as well as the tiny house to differentiate if they are technically the same address. We were a bit confused initially as the house was difficult to see at night behind the privacy fence.Overall an outstanding facility and experience. Will definitely stay again if possible.”

“We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. “We loved our stay, very clean!! We did have a minor hiccup,not a big deal. Carrie always answered my questions speedily. Our dogs enjoyed their stay also. The decor was amazing. I enjoyed looking around at all the things that were in the cabinets and on shelves. We didn't use the porch as much as I thought we would, mainly because of the weather. “The Greenhouse was the perfect stop for our short visit to Chattanooga! The home was spotless. Beds were comfy and king size was a definite plus! We loved the deck for the beautiful sunset, a nightcap, and our morning coffee. The neighborhood was so convenient for exploring North Chat and the riverfront. And just 30 minutes to a great hike in Cloudland Canyon SP. Highly recommend!”
