Despite the apartment appearing relatively newly renovated, cleanliness was completely neglected. Floors had never been mopped, the disposable slippers were black from the first day. Kitchen cupboards were dirty and smelled bad. We cleaned the kitchen counter and had to wipe it three times because the paper towels kept coming up with grime. The...

“Staff was super nice ”

“Rooms are large and clean. The check in was smooth and easy despite some issues with the room access card. The team managed the issue in no time and was proposed a new room with higher standard than my original room. The hotel is accessible by the subway (2 major stations are at 10mn walking distance)”

“The service did not make the room one of the days. Any of the four days of my stay the staff put any bottle of water in my room, always calling reception for it. When I was sleeping they called me several times asking to pay for the room when it was already paid. Disaster staff.”

“Rude and not polite people...they did not effort in speaking English...I arrived tired having to suffer the traffic of the city with a delay on my flight and instead of supporting they were not welcoming...I will never come back and I will not recommend this hotel and change”
