This secluded beachfront condo offers travelers the chance to experience Roatan’s natural beauty without the noise and crowds of the busier parts of the island. Guests staying here can step out onto their private patio with coffee in hand, and enjoy stunning views of the sea and white sand beach. Whether you prefer to snorkel among vibrant coral, kayak across turquoise waters, or simply relax on the shore with a book, this is the perfect place to enjoy what Roatan has to offer. Inside, the home has been recently renovated to offer a comfortable and stylish space. Equipped with new appliances, a main floor washer dryer and all the kitchen accessories needed for a great beach stay. Two private main floor decks, one off the bedroom and one off the great room, provide plenty of outdoor space to relax. A good night’s sleep is assured with blackout curtains and a very comfortable king-sized bed. To ensure safety and security the home is equipped with external cameras and the common areas have night patrol. Guests will have access to the entire rental space during their stay. Please note: The mechanical room will remain locked and is not accessible to guests. A storage room on the ground level contains two kayaks that may be rented for $10/day each. These are shared between both rentals on the property and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For security, this room is monitored by a camera. Guests are welcome to use the shared dock and pool for swimming, relaxing, or enjoying the ocean view. The rooftop deck is shared between both rentals and is a great spot to enjoy the breeze and views. For your privacy, a door has been installed so no one on the deck can access private living spaces.
