“We not only stayed in a region full of history, the house too was history. Very nice view from the dining, drawing, living room. The weather was not nice, but the house gave us a safe and warm feeling.”

“This is a lovely house right in the centre of Rye, in walking distance from everywhere. Despite this it is quiet. The house is beautiful and has everything you need.”

“I have stayed here several times and this was another excellent break. Also it is very important to me that the railway and supermarket are close by as I travel by train. Rye is very historical and I learned more about the town on this visit. There is so much to see. Also the Rye Harbour nature reserve is also a big highlight.”

“We had a wonderful stay at T's Beach House. It really is the perfect spot to relax and is spacious enough for all. There was a lovely little selection of toys for our little one to play with too. The beach is literally on the doorstep and sandy shores a short walk or 2 minute drive a way. Therese kept in contact and quickly answered any questions we had. We'd love to return.”

“The Beach Hut is in a great location - really close to the beach, and a short drive from Rye and Hastings. The Hut was in great condition - very clean and the comfortable. The resort has lots to do (we had a lot of fun playing bingo!). Great for a family holiday or short break.”

“The check-in was super uncomplicated and Maria provided a very thorough explanation of the property. She was contactable by phone at all times. The location of the property is great, the property itself is a great old house with plenty of space and some nice extras (i.e. Tennis court and Hot Tub, both in good condition). Cleanliness, however, was disappointing at best. Fridge, kitchen drawers, oven etc had obviously not been cleaned for a while. All sinks and bathrooms were quite grim, bed...

We were a party of 9 celebrating a friends 50th birthday, but the house felt spacious with plenty of outdoor space & furniture for us all to enjoy the fabulous weather we had. The hot tub was an added bonus as were the views from the master bedroom. We’ll definitely be back!”

“This property is just amazing. Full of character and charm and so very well suited to the large group that we were. From under 2’s to grandparents in their 80’s, it was spot on Offering high chairs, potty’s, travel cots and plastic child friendly plates etc, as well as swings and garden toys, our great niece and nephew were very well catered for The house is full of nooks and crannies, so it was easy to find a quiet spot to sit and read or have forty winks! And what can we say about that...
