“Ryan was awesome with communicating! The house was very nice and we loved the location. The room with twin beds was tight with 4 people, but we made it work. It would be nice to have some hooks in the bathrooms, but otherwise everything was really great!”

“You know how sometimes you book a place that looks great online only to be disappointed by reality? This place isn’t it. It is even more beautiful in person than it is in pictures. We had my daughter’s birthday party here and couldn’t have been happier. The owner even set up the tables and chairs for us. The home is spotless and has so much to keep the keeps entertained. You won’t be disappointed! ! ”

“This cottage has many great amenities: large bedroom, private outdoor patio space, clothes washer and dryer. This is all in addition to a nice living area, kitchen, and full bathroom. The cottage is in a wonderful location within walking distance to Sea Breeze Amusement Park, Irondequoit Bay marina/beach, and several great restaurants and bars. “Four adult family members stayed for six nights. The house was very clean and tidy.The owners response time for questions was excellent. We never waited more than 3-5 minutes for a response to our questions, Nice neighborhood.
