  • Newly remodeled two story cottage with open kitchen and living areas. Front porch and east facing windows have a beautiful view of Irondequoit Bay. Across the street there is a 30 ft dock for your use. Master Bedroom with adjoining full bath.
    Two pull out queen sofa beds. Bring your paddleboards, kayaks and fishing poles. Cottage has WIFI and smart TV's, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and we are located within walking distance to Seabreeze, Durand Park and Irondequoit bay Marine boat launch.

Bayfront Cottage

The Cottage was everything described, beautiful view of Irondequoit Bay and very peaceful setting. The Cottage was well equipped and very clean. I look forward to many more stays at this Cottage.

Wonderful weekend

The cottage was perfect for our stay. We were in town to visit family and this cottage provided us with a clean, fun and beautiful waterfront to come “home” to in the evenings. We enjoyed the gorgeous sunrise in the morning thru the bay window. Highly recommend.

Irondequoit getaway

Spacious and lovely 1 bedroom cottage. A great location at an alcove on Irondequoit Bay. Watched deer feeding in the front yard! Great location for running, as it is less than 1 mile from Durand-Eastman park. My husband and I had a great time.

Great place and great town

House is clean and a little out of the way down on the bay. Everyone in the small town up the hill is super nice and we had a great time. Didn’t realize there was only 1 actual bedroom and 2 pull out couches but no complaints!

Great location, perfectly appointed!

Great communication, new finishes and perfectly appointed. Extra blankets, pillows, every kitchen gadget... heck even a lighter and flash light! We really enjoyed our stay with the sunrise views and deer, literally right outside the door! : )

Adorable....plus donuts

The property was absolutely adorable. We had insider info as my sister and her family stayed here once, and we were not disappointed. The cottage is nice and light, with all of the amenities needed, plus a wonderful view of the bay. Plenty of space for my husband and me, and our two teenagers. Our 18 yo son especially appreciated the surprise box of donuts - I'm not sure how the owners knew that would be such a big hit! Neighbors were also friendly. Thanks for sharing your cottage with us.

Could not ask for better!

I am local (Fairport) but have been traveling a great deal this autumn. And now the holidays...family visits from near and far had me in a total panic. What a relief to be able to have a holiday dinner in a well appointed kitchen and enjoy our time together with this gorgeous view. Only two of us actually stayed over but they say it was incredibly comfortable and such a nice break from NYC and Philadelphia. We would love to come back in any season. Wonderful features: fireplace, stove (Wolf) views, patio. Never had the pleasure of meeting our hosts but I know they were awesome *and so were the local donuts (consumed with gusto) If the ride down to the area is a bit daunting, I say it is well worth it. We will be happy to come back.

This home was wonderful and perfectly located! It was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — we especially appreciated the variety of pillows. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, even with the bedroom window open. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to the Rochester area. The doughnuts were such a thoughtful and delicious surprise — thank you!

fantastic hideaway, great location!

what a surprise! great house right on irondequoit bay, close to great dining and places to see. tucked away in a quiet little bay. we even had our relatives that live in the area come by on their boat and pick us up right from the house -- super cool! plenty of room for the missus and i to work without disturbing one another -- fast wifi, too. overall a great place to mix work and adventure!

Wonderful Stay

Thank you for renting your house to us. The house and pictures were just as described. Extremely spacious for one bedroom. The kids had their own pullout beds. The view of the bay was amazing. We really enjoyed the stay. And thank you for the chocolate bars.

Cozy place on a cove

We visited family during the thanksgiving holiday and stayed. It was very clean and very convenient to get around the Rochester area. The owners were excellent to deal with and made it a very enjoyable experience. 5 stars all day!!

Great cottage

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage- it was a nicely updated property and met all of our expectations. I wish we had planned ahead and had rented a canoe! I would recommend this rental without hesitation.

Lovely experience

Owners were available when questions came up. Easy to work with. The place was super clean when we arrived! Recommendation: bring deck chairs. Currently the deck furniture is limited to grills and two bench tables that convert to benches. We got Adirondack chairs at target (took them home) For photographers, no real scenic sunrise/sunset photography. Overall, we would totally go there again.

Nice location for extended summer stay

Wonderful house with a great view. Close to walking and running trails along the lake. We enjoyed our extended stay nearby our grandkids!.
