it was very nice except that the door stuck terribly. Almost didn't get in at first, until I realized I had to slam my body against it to get it open. I did not report the problem because I didn't want to have someone come work on it while I was there. Not their fault because I didn't report.

The room was as advertised; cute and a quintessential seaside motel. The beds were comfortable and the space was clean. Kitchen was not properly stocked for 4 people but there ended up only being 2 of us so it worked out. My biggest issue with this room on the property is the door. When the lock worked (which it did most of the time) the door required you to put your shoulder into it to get it to open. I actually fell into the room once trying to get the lock to work and the door to open. Fix the door and lock and this place would get a 5 star rating.

Not enough blankets. Whole facility is very run down now- each unit is privately owned. Unit 3,s door has a gap from the shin down so you can see light through it. While there is a deadbolt, there is no additional security lock on the door. The microwave works sporadically- heating for a few minutes, then totally quitting -blanking put for awhile without throwing the breaker There’s rust in the freezer compartment shelves, orange grunge on the left side of the fridge and on the bottom of the front. Back window needs replacing and grout in the shower and surrounding it is disgusting. did not report this to property - no one on site

We stayed for a short Valentine’s Day weekend get away. It was all that was needed for a night. Ease of access, lots of parking available. Wouldn’t be against coming back in the future. A few spots were missed by the cleaning crew. But other than that not bad at all. Inexpensive and quick and easy Check in.

We had a quick getaway here and super enjoyed ourselves. It was perfect for our adventure needs. We basically just needed a place to sleep.

It was a great spot. Dollar general around the corner. Great kitchen. Never did get the TV to work. And the add showed a couch, apparently that was only in certain rooms, not ours.

Jen a housekeeper was very helpful and five star. She helped us get into our room. She had door immediately fixed. The kitchen faucet was broken, and not fixed during our stay. TV is through what you have on your cell phone. No cable.. Close to beach..Place needs management , owner care. .

The place did the job. It was not wonderfully inspiring, but was comfortable, quiet, had everything we needed for a 1 night stay and was in a good location for us as a stopping of point while travelling down the coast. Did not get to explore Rockaway beach much as arrived late and it was cold.

Nothing fancy here. Nice location. Duvets and towels were cleaned but stained. Kitchen had minimal necessities. Bathroom needs attention. No storage. Fine for a couple nights but not a long term stay.

WiFi needs upgrading, YouTube on tv provided froze often. Bathroom fan didn’t work but serviceman attended within couple hours of phone call, excellent response!

The room was cozy and had everything we needed for cooking and a good night's sleep. It's location, though close to Hwy 101, was quiet through the night and so convenient for getting to the beautiful beach and exploring all around the area.

Room was very small but just like you would expect from the listing. It was just me and my two elementary age kids. My husband would not have fit in there happily. What it lacked in size it made up for in cleanliness and thorough stocking of supplies/essentials. The cleaning attendant was very kind and accommodating. The shampoo and conditioner were full sized. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The outside of the property is not really a place we spent much time. We stayed there for the purpose of spending all our time on the beach so this little place fit the bill. We could easily walk to the northern end of Rockaway beach. We also walked, on the beach, to downtown Rockaway which only took about ten minutes. North of the property about 5 minute drive is Manhattan beach area. The jetty there is super cool and the driftwood build up there is like another world.
