Perfect beach location with ideal ocean viewing right from the comfort of the condo. Cozy and convenient to walk to restaurants and groceries- did not end up needing to drive for the three days we were there. Great space.

Perch Stay

Unit has excellent views, even from bedrooms and easy access to the beach. Nice to have a garage and elevator. Needs a rolling cart though. We were unable to use the trash dumpster with code.because we could not get the code

We were almost the only ones there, very quiet. The building is under remodeling now but wasn’t an issue for us. Loved the walkable location and nice 2 bedrooms.

Nice to get away

Great location. Blinds on windows were terrible. The shower curtain was moldy and bayh towels were not clean. Beach towels were cleaner. But over all the stay qas nice and the views were amazing.

Great location, great ocean views, great selection of games and movies! The condition of the unit is pretty beat up for the price. Carpet is in poor condition with a lot of stains, appliance doors on washer and microwave don’t work properly, beach closet looks like a junk closet unkept, guest bath and sink don’t drain. Needs a facelift big time. The building is well kept, safe and secure.

Short beach getaway

This place was amazing. The description was spot on. The view when you walk in takes your breath away. I love the ocean and I was able to see it from my bedroom, the kitchen, living room and deck. It took 3 minutes to w as ok to the beach. It was clean and smelled nice. Ou can walk to a great Hackett and little conscience grocery store. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful place for family of 4- location was perfect!

We enjoyed the condo very much. There was a decent amount of kitchen utensils and dishes as we did cook a few meals. Washer and dryer were nice to have along with all the sand toys and beach accessories. Security was good and property was very clean. Beds were not queen as listed but still comfortable. Nice 3 minute walk to the beach.Would definitely stay here again.

I loved the view and the condo was really nice. There was a nice selection of movies, games and puzzles. I fireplace was not working and the washing machine was dirty. From 1 to 10, 10 being the highest, I would rate it a 9.

Whale Watcher Perch

The surrounding properties within the neighborhood does not interfere with the Oceanview. Onsite free parking, well stocked kitchen, and working elevator is a plus. Overall impression: I recommend the property.

Beautiful view and great access, but needs updates

This condo had unmatched access to the beach and a truly stunning view of the ocean. The beds were comfortable, but there were a few amenities typical of a rental that were missing (i.e no body wash or bar soap in the showers, very little coffee, no laundry detergent). It would also be nice to have a more thorough welcome booklet with property specific instructions (how to use TVs, where is the dumpster etc) Lastly, the carpet is not in the best condition with stains in some areas and the couch and chairs are similarly dated, but match photos in the listing, so not a surprise. The fire place does not work, which again is mentioned on listing, but a let down if you only view the photos and miss some of the fine print. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.
