“Absolutely horrible experience. Upon arrival we were disappointed that everything was much more dated, and worse quality compared to the appearance in photos. AC unit was not working, the lower level bedrooms carpet was soaked and the upstairs toilet would not flush. We spoke with the head office staff who was very rude and said the AC had been fixed earlier in the morning. They reluctantly sent maintenance over and could not do anything to fix it. “I believe the suite had just been rehabbed. The fixtures looked new and the paint was perfect. No dents in the cabinets. It was quiet and there were geese on the lake shoreline. I sat outside and watched them for quite a while. I never saw them again but they were worth it. The restaurant was reasonably priced and the food was good. There was a band that played outside on Saturday night and they were pretty good. Kept us there buying drinks. When we left and went back to our room, we...
