“From the moment we arrived, this property felt like a serene oasis on the river. The grounds were beautifully maintained, with freshly cut grass and meticulous landscaping that immediately set the tone for a relaxing stay.Walking into the home, we were greeted by the fresh, clean scent of what felt like an upscale boutique hotel. The house was spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including coffee, kitchen utensils, dishes, dining essentials, and plenty of...

“A new establishment that more than exceeded our expectations. Everything was immaculately clean and fresh. The only thing lacking was toiletries and tissue paper. But if that is ll we have to gripe about, take your own supply and enjoy this new hotel by Marriott. It is priced nicely.”

“This property was very clean and just what we were looking for. Wrightsville beach is a close drive, a great area to walk with an open farmers market each Monday with fresh fish, seafood, and other great vendors. Short drive to downtown Wilmington with great restaurants and shops. The host was very easy to communicate with and the condo was very clean and organized. “Precious and cozy little apartment in a very convenient spot in downtown Wilmington. We were walking distance to everywhere. Host was very helpful and responsive and left snacks and waters to enjoy. The apartment comes with a pass to a nearby garage which was an added plus. There is a bar right downstairs so lots of chatter could be heard but it wasn’t enough to ruin our stay. I would definitely recommend.”

“My daughter and I were doing a college tour of the Great South. We booked this property from Expedia the day of. We arrived to find that this was not a hotel but a condominium being rented out as a short term rental. So there was no reception desk. The address given was for a retail store and there was very little signage to identify it. After the wonderful interaction with a resident of the building she let us know about the check in protocol. After searching numerous emails and texts we found...

“Location is perfect, as it sits only 100 feet from the beach, the restaurans, and the bars! It's a trifecta of fun. The only minor issue is, because of the units great location, it can get a bit noisy for about 45 minutes as the bars shut down and the crowds head home around 2am.The unit was very clean and the host was great!! AC worked very well and the unit had newer appliances. Parking is tight, so carpool if possible. Local pay parking lots within easy walking distance but they run...

“I rented this as a spot for my mom and two teenage nephews while they were in town visiting. Home in we super cute, cold AC, easy to connect to WiFi. The location is very convenient to everything and the outdoor space was just so super cute and relaxing. She’s already said she wants to stay at the same place during her next visit!”

“This is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore historic downtown Wilmington! We stayed here for two weeks and walked everywhere; bars, restaurants, galleries, breweries, the riverwalk, etc. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was: even though there are restaurants right behind it, you couldn’t hear anything. Off street protected parking was great and there is laundry available onsite. While we were there, we got to know neighbors and joined them twice for drinks in the parking...

“Lee is an amazing host! He responded as quickly as possible and was polite and respectful. The space was as described: clean well maintained and relaxing. The price for the stay was phenomenal. The last place we stayed at in Wilmington failed in comparison. I recommend staying here and plan to again soon! A must see and a 5 all the way”
