Great location! We arrived at 4:00 and walked into beds dirty and looked like shower still dirty. Called the number they stated for any issues. Person was nice but didn’t really have a solution for what was happening. Around 4:15 a women’s popped in saying she was cleaning lady and that she had some call outs so it was just her. She stated she would be right back was finishing the place upstairs. She came back 10 minutes later in meantime I’m still on hold and someone else stating that they were going to resolve situation and call me back. Never heard from them again. Cleaning lady came down and started making beds we stepped out for a bit to give her time. We came back and I felt like it wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. Also found dirty washcloths in shower. Hate that we had this experience. But would not stay here again just due to the way it was all handled..

Place was clean and well stocked and clean. Was perfect for our weekend stay. The white noise devices were very useful for sleeping. Enjoyed the easy access to the beach. Coming in from of state, larger beach towels would have been useful. Overall a great stay!

Great spot on the beach- you don’t even need to put on flip flops to get from your front door to the sand. Space was comfortable clean and had everything we needed. Host was easy to reach and answered all my questions promptly. Some great eateries just a few steps away including a custard shop, gourmet sandwich place with great espresso and a seafood restaurant that’s casual fine dining in quality of food.

We stayed at this property as a family of four- myself, my husband and our 5 & 7 year old sons. It was just the right amount of space for us and we couldn't have asked for a more convenient location to the beach and restaurants/shops. It was nice to have beach chairs & boogie boards available to use. The property was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book this property again.

Fabulous!

We had a fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable—just a one-minute walk to Wrightsville Beach, which has a great feel. The sand is wide and clean, it never felt too crowded, and the long stretch of shallow water worked equally well for surfers and family bobbers alike.The place itself was super comfortable and thoughtfully set up. The kitchen is really well-stocked (though we hardly needed it thanks to great nearby options), and it comes with beach chairs and towels, a big-screen TV, and even a small front porch we ended up hanging out on more than we expected. Tower 7 (Baja Mexican) and King Neptune are both excellent restaurants, and Adapt and The Workshop are great coffee spots—all less than two minutes away. Luke is outstanding in communications. Just a small note for expectations: this is a ground-floor unit, and while it was never enough to bother us, you can hear footsteps from upstairs now and then.All in all, a great stay—we’d absolutely come back!

Perfect location & Super Cozy!

We LOVED our stay! It was RIGHT next to the beach, right next to fun bars, restaurants and an amazing ice cream shop! And even though there are a lot of local spots right there, it didn’t keep us up at night. There were two beds, we only needed one but it was very cozy! Loved the cookware and that they had detergent and dryer sheets! Thank you so much for our lovely visit! Can’t wait to come back!

Brief Family Getaway

Fantastic location!

We rented the apartment in April for Spring Break. It was clean, many kitchen amenities provided, parking for 2 cars right in front so we could see them, which is peace of mind, 2 minute walking distance to beach, and 30 seconds walking distance to shopping. We will absolutely search for this rental in the future.

Excellent location about 100 steps from the sand. Close to restaurants and bars. Worried it might be noisy, but no issues. Unit was clean and cozy and included beach chairs. Good communication.

Great location

My daughter and I had a great time at the Cozy Coastal! Location was perfect for visiting the beach anytime we wanted and the included parking space was a valuable perk. Cozy beds, great communication-would definitely recommend.

Perfect little getaway

Myself, my husband, and 18mo old spent a somewhat impromtu, short vacation here. The layout worked great for us! With both bedrooms tucked away, we could easily put our little one down for the night, while still enjoying ourselves. The location was perfect! Super close to the beach and shops, meant we could walk/stroll almost everywhere. Communication with the property manager was seemless. He was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Would highly reccomend & I wouldn't be surprised if we end up staying here again soon!
