“The Harborside rooms and suites are all freshly remodeled. We were pleasantly surprised with how new and spotless everything was. Even our towels were plush, brand new, never been washed. And, the view from the balcony was amazing, and peaceful. The harbor bar and grill across the bay, at the marina was very good to eat at for dinner and super convenient. Ignore the bad reviews online ... they are obsolete. This place was perfect in every way.”

“Pros: Great view, large room, & good furnishingsCons: Cleaning was not thorough - we found the last guests mouth guard by the bed, mouse poop on the patio, and a prominent layer of dust on the coffee maker. Doors slam shut and toilets were extremely loud, which means you know exactly what other guests are doing. Slider screen was broken, making it difficult to get on and off the porch. There is no AC, so room got a bit too toasty during the day (even with curtains drawn and window / sliding door...

“It is a very relaxing and peaceful property. The view is amazing. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare a meal. There is a full grocery store about 12 minutes away. There is so much to do nearby. We enjoyed our time. ”

“Clean and comfortable. Beautiful bay. Very quiet. Good internet once you signed into the network. Check-in would have been just fine (the communication was good to ensure contact with the virtual front desk, in a spotty internet area) but I don’t believe our keypad was programmed correctly. Fortunately, a maintenance guy just happened to be in the building and was able to correct the problem. ”

“The value for the price was acceptable. View was outstanding! Staff came and addressed a concern immediately. Bed was comfortable with nice linens and towels. The room is generally old and tired. Musty smell. It was not cleaned well. Carpet needs replacing and has lots of stains (don't want to go barefoot). Curtains are in disrepair. The shower has mold in the calk and grout and on the ceiling. Nice adds would be places by the bed to plug phones into, hooks for coats (it rains on Orcas and this...
