“They double booked and didn’t mention anything till I was able to reach out for check-in and didn’t help with making other plans for where to sleep or refund at all.”

“If you want to stay away from the crowds, you would love this place. Nice fire pit outside under large weeping willow trees. Heated pool and an old tennis court. The unit is bit dated but comfortable. Ten minute drive gets you to the most amazing French-Belgium Patisserie and coffee spot in Creemore. A Michelin restaurant is also there.”

“To call this a beautiful house is a stretch. It's not a good setup for VRBO regulars- it's like they partially moved out, but left lots of junk behind. The kitchen drawers were from anothe planet. Yard was full of junk. No corkscrew. Frozen milk in the freezer. No way to make ice. No bed side lights anywhere. Towels had to be searched out. Thermostat was not working (very annoying). It was just a weird vibe. ”

“Great bed, quiet and outside property was excellent. But inside not clean, beaten up, hardly any utensils, drip coffee maker but no coffee, worn out thin towels. Firepit advertised but wood was wet and no axe to split. Finally owner did not respond to any texts. Would not recommend this property”

“Bring extra socks and a sweater, it is cold in the basement unit. You can hear the kids upstairs as well, so bring earplugs for a good sleep. Otherwise, the hosts were very friendly, the place was clean, and they left us a parking spot, water bottles and 2 Made Good bars. 5 min drive to Nottsawaga Inn was great.”

“This place needs lots of upgrades and no privacy at all. No blinds for the widows front door is unsecured. Needs more lights.”

“The apartment suited our needs - was clean and close to CFB Borden. For future visitors, please note that some things were missing: shampoo, conditioner (only had a men’s 3 in 1) and hairdryer. There were no games or toys for children, as advertised. Netflix, Prime and Disney channels were not logged in, contrary to what we were told, so we could only watch You Tube. The basement was really cold. Would suggest adding Kleenex (allergy season) and bedside lights. Finally parking situation was not...

“I searched for this property on Google looking for a suite. The expedia listing says "Lakeside Private Suite". Despite the fact that the photo only shows a very narrow bedroom, I took the meaning of "Suite" to mean that there would be a sitting area separate from the sleeping area--despite the lack of photo showing this. Wrong. I was very disappointed with that. However, my husband just loved the dock and grounds and wants to return to the property. There are larger rooms which I could consider...

“Great location!”
