“Stephanie is a pleasant host. The space is at the back of the house with a nice view of trees and greenery. We stayed for a week and the kitchen had mostly what we needed to get through making meals. A larger pan would be helpful as well as some coffee pods. The washer and dryer (detergent supplied) are wonderful if you plan on staying long enough to need to wash a few things, especially if with children. You can hear noise from upstairs as there is a family with children so be aware of this...

“Looked nice when we first arrived. Then we found out that the forepit advertised was a few rocks in a half moon, no pit, among brown/dried pine needles. The patio door didn't lock. No walking access to the private dock. Wifi didnt work for most of the night. Tv didnt work, remote for tv didnt have batteries either. Doesnt truly sleep 5, the pull put couch was dirty and gross.
