The bungalow was comfortable, spotless clean, comfortable bed and had everything you need.Couple of nice areas outside for sitting out.Would highly recommend it. We found a lovely park nearby and plenty of little shops and takeaways just a few minutes walk.”

We were sent wrong apartment number so spent an hour trying to find 18 when in fact flat was 22.Heat kicked in at midnight and was impossible to turn down, WiFi barely worked and downstairs toilet was broken. Floor between living area and dining was cracked and constantly tripped people up. “This is a beautifully put together house and it was immaculately clean throughout. Check-in was no problem and the location was great. If you are not a good walker, you might struggle with the trudge up the steep hill from Matlock to the house: we decided it meant the cheese and wine was well earned!! “There was many things that were incredibly disappointing about this property. An hour before arriving we received a message to say the main bathroom toilet was blocked and they weren’t going to fix it before our stay, meaning the only toilets available were inside the 2 en-suite bathrooms. After arriving we found the house in what seemed to be mid construction. The kitchen was still covered in protective plastic, with cupboards without handles and a complete lack of cutlery, glasses and plates....
