  • Come Stay in this beautiful lake front tiny home. It features 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bath with a stand-up shower, and a pull-out sofa in the living area. It also offers a fully equipped kitchen, outside grill, and fire pit. We have also added a brand-new stand-up washer and dryer in October of 2025. This home is surrounded by National Forest and is steps from the water.

    Come and enjoy the fun at Safe Harbor Brady Mountain on Lake Ouachita in Royal, Arkansas! Don’t miss out on this beautiful oasis! Any boater’s paradise and one of the cleanest lakes in the country! Bring your own boat or rent one from the marina! We offer 3 different styles of pontoons for daily rentals! Whether the kids are sliding into the cool water from our double decker pontoons, or you’re lounging with friends cruising the shoreline of our 42-mile lake, you are sure to enjoy your time here! Also stop by and browse our camp store for lake toys and souvenirs!

    Guest is responsible for leaving the unit in the same condition (with normal usage) as it was found at arrival. The registered guest will be charged for any and all damages to the room found during or after departure.

This was the perfect place for me to stay while my husband camped . It was convenient for me to walk to his campsite in the morning and walk back to anytime during the day. It was clean, very comfortable, and so cute!

I had a great stay! The cottage was clean and had everything that I needed. Access to the lake was a quick drive or short walk. Enjoyed the food truck that was within walking distance. Property was remote but very peaceful.

Weekend Getaway

Me and my wife stayed in the tiny home cabin rental for a weekend in the woods. Beautiful view, very peaceful and a short drive to Hot Springs. Management was amazing. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Getaway!

Cute little cottage. Perfect size for 2 adults and 2 small dogs. Pretty view. Toilet runs but other than that no issues. Plenty of towels and hot water. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again!

Nice cabin right on the lake!

The cabin was so nice and just what we needed for our stay. Right on the water and close to a swim beach. It was stocked with everything we needed for cooking all week! We plan to be back next year!

Worth the trip

The cabin is great and has everything needed for a short or long stay including utensils, plates pans..etc..The room is great and AC works very well. My only downside which isnt a knock to property is the bed, im a big boy and prefer king size beds, i think the cabin has a full size, its good and comfy for 1 person IMO. I would stay again and plan to soon. We snapped this photo on 2nd day of great sunset over Lake Ouachita.

Tiny House with Charm

The tiny house was very clean and the AC was great. I really enjoyed how quite the property was and how close to the lake and wildlife I was. I will for sure stay again.

Anniversary trip

The cabin is small but has everything you need. Our only complaint was the ROCK HARD bed. We checked out 2 days early due to being unable to sleep but the host refunded our 2 nights and was extremely gracious. If bed was replaced we would definitely stay again.

We also stayed in the cabin next door...We loved them both! The property manager came out immediately when an issue arose and all was great! We will be returning most definitely.

Magnolia Cottage

Precious tiny house! Very clean. We fished some from the banks (it was steep) but drove down to the campsites for the eclipse. It was beautiful. There is even a small beach with a swimming area!

Anniversary Weekend

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay for our anniversary. Cabin had everything we needed. Only complaint we have is the bed is extremely hard and the outside lighting isn’t the best. Besides that we really enjoyed our time and the owners were super communicative when we had issues with the hot water.
