“Good location, walkable to Canterbury Cathedral. Good single room, comfortable bed. Hosts were very friendly and helped me up to my room by carrying my suitcase. Since I was on the top floor, this was much appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful starting with continental choices and then a full cooked meal with several choices on the menu. Very good value for the cost.”

“It was all so simple, the code was sent through via email for the lock box which contained a fob to get in the main door and key for the bedroom door. Claire was very helpful when we arrived. The rooms are lovely and spacious, comfy bed too! Breakfast was a continental spread and lovely start to the morning, the staff member was very courteous and friendly. “Es familiar, el dueño muy amable, es tranquilo , la habitación muy amplia con 3 camas con mucha luz y muy céntrico pero tranquilo ya que hay una calle que separa la zona de turismo. El autobús está a 2 minutos y la catedral y los comercios y restaurantes. Todo perfecto, no hay ascensor pero disponen de habitación en la planta baja.Se puede desayunar y hay café y te , galletas en la habitación. El baño grande y limpio. Pudimos dejar las maletas hasta que salió nuestro autobús, por lo que...

The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. “The property far exceeded our expectations, clean, tidy and warm, it is located in a quiet location on the grounds away from the main house any you feel like your totally self contained. The owner lets you be, and sent just a couple of courteous emails in case we wanted things like change of towels. the property is only about 7min drive to the centre of Canterbury. ”
