"The hotel's location is unbeatable for a short stay connected to the airport. The value for money is good, although I would not have resisted 2 nights in that bed. The staff and service were correct: attentive and helpful."

"At the time of booking it said pets were welcomed and car park was available. We arrived to be told that we could not use the parking at the hotel and that we would have to use the airport car park with a discount that meant we had to pay £30 for a day. For our dog they said we needed to pay £28. A lot of hotels don’t charge but those that do, it’s like £6 to £10. When you are going to charge that much it should be stated at the time of booking. There was nothing to indicate how much would the car park or the pet. The gentleman at reception wasn’t nice about it there. Rather unfriendly. The hotel was nice enough but we won’t be using it again as feel tricked. "
