"Clean, peaceful just beautiful"

"My husband and I really enjoyed this lovely log cabin in Jackson, NH. We were impressed with how solid and well-built the cabin is. The decor is simple and unique. As others mentioned, the 2 downstairs beds have very firm mattresses. An extra blanket on each for warmth as the nights get colder would be nice. The location is convenient, yet private and quiet. The owners have made it easy to know what to expect and their " house rules " are reasonable. We would stay there again."

"The unit was spotless and check-in couldn't have been easier. More than enough room for 4 adults and two kids. Basement area was perfect space for keeping kids entertained. The property manager was responsive and helpful throughout. Would absolutely stay again."

"The house was perfect for so we could all get ready for a wedding nearby. Plenty of room for everyone and the owner even let us check in a few hours early so we could shower before an early rehearsal dinner. Will definitely be looking to stay again over the winter to go skiing!"

"We had a wonderful time, and the house is great. It was spotless and great layout. The game room was so much added fun. Owner shared great information on the surrounding area. The deck was perfect for lazy afternoons and evenings. Only complaint, two upstairs single beds only had boxsprings on them. That left two of the guests sleeping on the couch and futon...not what we planned on but made the best of it. The benefits of the house far outweigh this one glitch."

"From the minute we booked, George was incredibly friendly and helpful, sending us directions, restaurant reccomendations, and helpful videos to help ensure our stay is as good as possible! He called me as soon as we arrived to welcome us and give us an opportunity in case we had any questions. This cabin was wonderfully secluded and I don't think I've EVER seen so many stars at night. "Fabulous stay. Took my adult daughter and her two dogs out for a quick overnight adventure. Loved staying in the treehouse (birdie). Perfect size, location on property was good (away from other structures) and had picnic table, potbelly stove, grill, and out house right near the treehouse. They supplied bedding,camp chairs, and even a small battery powered fan. They also offered and we accepted ATV transport of our things from our parking spot to the treehouse. Did a local mountain hike...

"We truly enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin tucked into the woods. It was an easy drive to all our favorite hikes and the solitude in the evenings was just perfect. The fireplace was a great touch for early fall nights. Michael was absolutely wonderful about staying in touch and making sure we had everything we needed. We definitely will return again. "We had a wonder stay at the Cozy Bear, especialy in front of the fireplace. All the comforts of home and more....... Location close to Conway was convenient, we enjoyed shopping in the specialty stores and purchased some beautiful home decorations. We will rent again...........Thank you."

"This is probably one of the best VRBOs i have stayed in. Everything was clean, there was plenty of house hold items to get us started, and the property was well kept. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. The location is perfect, it feels secluded and quite yet is close to restaurants and Sunday River Ski area. "Well stocked with all the Essentials. The pellet stove Directions were confusing…it just Hass to be filled from the top with pellets and turned on Via thermostat. Was very startled when the door went through a cycle of locking as I did not know that was happening I thought someone was coming in at the time I was by myself so it really startled me and it was an evening"

"Very cozy, clean and stylish home for our 3-day ski trip. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and had a great big table. Perfectly roomy for 2 families and we loved we could bring our pups. It’s a short walk to the Bear Back trail on Bear Peak and you’re right at the lift."

"Beautiful cabin, very close to Sunday River and town. Had everything we needed and the hot tub and fireplace were nice after a long day skiing. We booked the private chef for dinner one night and it was an amazing meal- highly recommended!"

"This place was perfect for my large group ski trip to Sunday river. The mountain was only 15 minutes away. We had 14 people and everyone slept comfortably. There was plenty of towels, blankets, and linens for everyone. There’s plenty of activities at the house including several tvs, a pool table, ping pong, and of course the hot tub. The host was very communicative as well. Overall I would highly recommend. We are already talking about coming back over the summer or next winter! Thanks again!"

"What a lovely cozy cabin isolated at the end of a quiet residential street! You can see the neighbors, but it is whisper quiet and feels private. Lots of wood paneling and much bear/moose imagery gives the place a “cabin chic” feel. It’d be great for 3 or so couples or a family. We had a delightful time here hiking and relaxing the Christmas week. There are trails right out the door with some elevation gain and also an asphalt walking path down the road if you have elderly relatives for whom...
