“We mainly used the house as a sleeping spot. We had a remembrance for my late wife in the area and had to set that up at a park south of Rochester. We have a lot of family in the area and had to visit with them, so we didn't really hang out in the house much during the day. The keurig was a nice accessory. We could have used more towels. There were 4 of us and only 3 towels.Having access to a washer/dryer was nice.”

“Nothing like walking the property at sunset. Local to al things Geneseo with a unique horse farm country experience. Not our first time staying and it won't be our last! ”

“We stayed here to visit our son while he still had obligations around the Eastman School. The place was clean and everything worked (the clothes washer was bit iffy). There were good running trails nearby and we loved seeing the goslings and other animals on the water. ”

“Immaculate, lovely, and beautifully decorated home on Conesus Lake. Everything that I could need to prepare our meals were in the cupboards. A/C kept us cool and comfortable. The home is situated near Letchworth State Park and Genesee Village & Museum, wonderful places to visit. ”

“Booked this place to be near a anniversary celebration for a couple we have known for years. Its was my wife and I, as well as our daughter and her 10 year old son. Its a quiet house with a nice sized yard, perfect for a game of catch with my Grandson. It is an older house but clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable, Water was nice and hot, Kerig coffee pods were provided as well as bottled water in the fridge. Like most places you might not find everything you need in the cupboard...

“A small group of friends came to stay for a long weekend to catch up and celebrate an engagement. We had a great weekend enjoying the property, beautiful weather, and an excellent host. I could not recommend this place more. You will not be disappointed. It had everything we needed for a friend getaway and so much more. Definitely check out the hosts recommendations around the bay, we had a blast! The next time we find ourselves in the Rochester area, we will be keeping this place in mind. ”

Communication with owner was fabulous when we did have an issue, it was responded to and taken care of within minutes. This is a great location if you are visiting a college student or town. We would consider staying again even if not for school because of its location and charm ”
