It’s a nice touch that they offer complimentary breakfast. However, the selection is quite limited (not even yogurt), and coffee is served in paper cups, which I wasn’t particularly fond of. The rooms look clean overall, but there are a few maintenance issues in the shower, bathroom, and ceilings that could use some attention or renewal. That said, our stay was very pleasant overall, and the staff did a great job. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We booked a room to enjoy Montreal and our experience at this place was horrible and awful. We were given a total different room that didn't match the one we paid for (pictures on Expedia) They use false advertisement so the room you book will not be the same that you'll find on premises. 1. We tried to speak with the manager and "you have to call them after 10am because they are sleeping before" 2. The Manager blamed expedia because "the platform pictures are different when the hotel has few rooms left" 3. The price is too high (for that kind of space) in comparison with other hotels in the area. 4. Bedsheets with stains, super Tiny room, you can hardly navigate, worst WiFi service and gross toilet. To sum up, if you are staying 1 or 2 nights, the place is good to walk to downtown.
