“Quiet room, good kitchen, nice bathroom. Could use a couple of side table lamps, an iron and ironing board, and maybe a set of sheet for the couch pullout bed. Overall it's a lovely accommodation and i would definitely stay again and also recommend it to others.”

Doug and Jan were great hosts and included so many extra amenities and thoughtful touches like snacks and drinks which was so sweet. Hot tub was fabulous and while it's a drive to town, it's worth it for a one of a kind stay. ”

“Myself, my parents, and our two dogs stayed here and absolutely loved it!! We were a short drive to Victoria (didn't have enough time to explore Sooke or Metchosin this time), and sometimes didn't even want to leave as there was so much to do at the house! It was so quiet and peaceful. We loved the hot tub, pond with floaties, hammock, trail to walk the pups, the incredible deck to watch the sunset, and berry picking.
