“Room, staff handling, and facilities did not comply with the booking description. Arrival was at 18:50. We were informed that check-in closed at 19:00. “This hotel is fantastic. It is my seventh time staying here. They are almost finished renovations which didn't disrupt my stay. Rooms are always clean, staff are always friendly. I have stayed at approximately ten different hotels in Cebu City over the last year and none compare to the buffet breakfast at the Marco Polo! I will be going back again for sure.”

“Buen hotel en una zona buena de cebu”

“Clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent.”

“Spacious and clean room. Delicious breakfast and nice staff.”

“The atención of the personal ”

“I highly recommend Uncle Tom's Cabin in Cebu. The room we stayed in was absolutely amazing. Except for the couch, which offered no back support, the room was comfortable. The restaurant's food is outstanding. The hotel staff was quite helpful, respectful, and polite. Because of the uncomfortable furniture in the living room of the suite we stayed in, we will reevaluate our need for a suite.”

“Un buen hotel con buena relación calidad precio. El personal muy amable. Destacaría la zona que depara sorpresas si te gusta comer. Alrededor hay varios restaurantes filipinos con buenas referencias. Nosotros estuvimos en el Abli que nos sorprendío por su cocina cebuana gourmet.”

“Me gustó la ubicación queda cerca de todo ”

“Buen hotel y buen desayuno. Si buscas estar poco tiempo recomiendo algo cerca del puerto, más accesible a todo que no esta zona, indica céntrico pero con el tráfico que hay queda todo apartado ”

“The breakfast buffet is good. Brenden and other breakfast staff were very polite and helpful. The open rooftop restaurant has a nice ambiance.”

“El personal es demasiado amable y la ubicación es buena. Recomendación total.”

“Amazing. It was close to it park which meant transportation, shopping and dining options. The room was spacious and spotless. ”

“Overall it was always a good experience thank you to the lady who check me in. She was really polite and smiley. Kudos to you all. Every time i fly back in Cebu. Bayfront is always my place to stay. No Danggit served and dried squid serve in breakfast. But no big deal. It was just a craving for me specially im just visiting Pinas. Good luck and keeo up the great customer service👌”

“Room was clean and big. Nice bathroom. Some restaurants and shops nearby. Helpful staff. Would stay here again!”
