“Room, staff handling, and facilities did not comply with the booking description. Arrival was at 18:50. We were informed that check-in closed at 19:00. “Great rooms and better staff. Always ready to help and to attend requests with the uncompromising kindness and friendliness of the Philippines. ”

“This hotel is fantastic. It is my seventh time staying here. They are almost finished renovations which didn't disrupt my stay. Rooms are always clean, staff are always friendly. I have stayed at approximately ten different hotels in Cebu City over the last year and none compare to the buffet breakfast at the Marco Polo! I will be going back again for sure.”

“The bed and room was exceptionally nice. King size bed. plently of room to move around with the square footage avaliable. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had alittle bit of eveything. Very well displayed. The gym was of special intrest to me but the pictures did not do it justice. had a smith machine, cable machine, and a full array of dumbells”

“Spacious and clean room. Delicious breakfast and nice staff.”

“I highly recommend Uncle Tom's Cabin in Cebu. The room we stayed in was absolutely amazing. Except for the couch, which offered no back support, the room was comfortable. The restaurant's food is outstanding. The hotel staff was quite helpful, respectful, and polite. Because of the uncomfortable furniture in the living room of the suite we stayed in, we will reevaluate our need for a suite.”

“The atención of the personal ”

“The breakfast buffet is good. Brenden and other breakfast staff were very polite and helpful. The open rooftop restaurant has a nice ambiance.”

“Amazing. It was close to it park which meant transportation, shopping and dining options. The room was spacious and spotless. ”

“Buen hotel y buen desayuno.

“Room was clean and big. Nice bathroom. Some restaurants and shops nearby. Helpful staff. Would stay here again!”

“Clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent.”
