Spacious Accommodations

We had a wonderful stay in the very spacious accommodations, where there was plenty of room to relax and enjoy our 4th of July at Fripp. The house was clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. We really enjoyed eating dinner every night outside on the screened-in porch. Would totally stay there again!

A breath of fresh air, the house was very clean and comfortable, the views of the golf course were beautiful in the mornings. Quick trip to the beach and riding the golf cart was so much fun! We didn’t want to leave !

Home away from home

This home exceeded our expectations! We have stayed at many rental homes and this one by far is our favorite. It felt like we were at home with all the things we needed and then some. The house is beyond beautiful! We had everything we needed to cook meals. The view from the dining room table and deck was amazing. Can’t wait to book another trip!

Jim was helpful in every way possible. His response was very quick. The home was perfect with a beautiful view of the golf course. We loved the way it was back off of the road enough for privacy. Very spacious Will definitely come back

Our family of five—yes, our kids are fully grown—recently enjoyed an incredible week at Jim and Deedee’s place on Fripp Island. What made the trip truly special was their heartfelt hospitality. From the seamless check-in to the detailed island guide they shared, every recommendation—restaurants, beach access points, hidden wildlife spots, and the most inviting pools—was spot-on.Our adult children spent their days soaking up the sun on the pristine beach, splashing in both the family pool and the adults-only pool, and savoring morning coffee and sunset cocktails on the porch overlooking the serene surroundings. We shared laughter-filled evenings around the gas-fire pit, engaged in friendly board games, and took leisurely golf-cart rides through deer- and turtle-populated trails. Excellent property all around!

This is a great place to stay. Jim and his family have set up their home well for Fripp visitors. From the gas line to the new grill (no fussing with propane tanks or charcoal) to the cleanliness of the home, to the pleasure of the golf cart. It's all here for you and in a great location on Fripp. We'll be staying again!

Gorgeous, relaxing, perfect getaway

Host Jim was always quick response to all our needs and questions. Easy arrival check in and pick up of amenities cards. After that we were greeted with more than we ever could have asked for. The home was beautiful, well equipped and the view of the golf course was soooo amazing and enjoyable. The golf cart we had to cruise the island gave use more amazing views of deer, alligators, ocean and too much more to mention. If we ever get back to this area we will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Great Thanksgiving on Fripp!

This vacation could not have gone any smoother. The house was beautiful, spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. Jim was so easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was quiet and right on the bike path so we used the included bikes and golf cart to explore the island. This house is within walking distance of the Audubon trail and we loved seeing all the wildlife around the island and even the deer that came right up to this house. None of us wanted to leave and we can’t wait for the next opportunity to come back!

Wonderful Family vacation

I cannot say enough positive things about this home & our stay here! The home was so spacious & clean! It had everything we needed from kitchen items to hand soap & even plenty of beach items to borrow ! It was a great location for beach access (after a short golf cart ride) Fripp is the best vacation spot! Very relaxing & Jim was a wonderful property owner & easy to communicate with. The home is decorated so beautifully too !!!!!

Beautiful Fripp house

My daughters and I truly enjoyed our stay. House was super clean. We enjoyed our golf course view. House has everything you need for your vacation. location was perfect and not on a busier street. Quiet location and will stay again at this house next time we visit.
