“Our check in experience was horrible. The lady who was supposed to meet us, had to meet someone else when we got delayed. Security gave us the key. We couldn’t find the unit. It was hot. . And the elevator was broke ( which no one mentioned). . We had to carry up our 50lb bags and groceries 2 flights of stairs. The numbers on the unit are stuck on the door with a labeled sticker ( very, very small) if you don’t know to look for it you will think there is no numbers on the units. Which is what I...

“The location and view are top notch. Walking distance to Simpson Bay and central to all the fun happenings in the Maho area. Our only complaints (small) are the lack of a few key items in the kitchen: measuring cups/spoons, one dish rag, no hand towels in kitchen. Also, tiny shampoo for a weeks stay, no cooler to pack to beaches, etc. Just little things that are so easy to provide. Again, not a big deal… The condo location and view can’t be beat. ”
