“From the time we landed in France, we enjoyed every single minute! Le Perchoir, was everything I dreamed it would be and even more! The community where the cozy village house is located is friendly and very accommodating! The finest restaurants are located at the top of the street with stunning views of the countryside. I can’t wait to go back and i just got home! Thank you, Glee for sharing your home with us and checking in on us throughout our stay!”

“We were globally disappointed about that property due to different elements. Climatisation was installed in only 2 bedrooms, the rest of the house was hot (3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen …) and it was complicated to maintain the différent parts of the house cool. Part of the facilities were damaged: exterior sun loungers were ripped, one shower was partially broken, one base bed was not usable, the garden contain rusty tools dangerous for young children and was not maintained…. Finally...

“One of the highlights of our trip! We loved the village. Really quaint feel to it. Lots of hikes and walks in the area which we took advantage of. The kitchen was well equipped and the view from the balcony is spectacular. We loved exploring the village.”

“Bereits zum zweiten Mal haben wir Urlaub in dieser schönen Villa gemacht. Der Empfang war wieder sehr nett (mit einem Apfelkuchen), das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht und es gibt fußläufig mehrere Möglichkeiten für einen Hundespaziergang. Danke an Alix und ihre Eltern, die stets ansprechbar waren. Wir kommen sicher wieder!”

“Bel appartement, sur trois étages. Chambres et salle de bains au deuxième et troisième. Très bonne prestations. Dommage que les jeunes voisins soient bruyants la nuit et que l'on ressente des odeurs de volutes.”

“What a wonderful villa - we liked it so much that on the first night we booked two weeks next year! The villa is large, very spacious and effectively split across many levels and spaces. With two adults (parents), an adult eldest child and a teenage child, there was space enough for all of us to come together for meals and socialising but also space to sit quietly on our own reading a book or sunbathing. The kitchen was very well equipped with the added bonus of an exterior kitchen with fridge...

“Consiglio la struttura messa a disposizione, per gli spazi davvero vivibili sia interni che esterni. Molto pulita e curata, dotata di tutto il necessario. Ci si deve muovere in macchina per spesa e spiagge, ma è tutto molto a portata. Ottima la comunicazione con la signora Karine, sempre disponibile e gentile. Consigliatissimo!”

“Die Wohnung isst sehr schön und für drei Personen ausreichend eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Dadurch dass sie auf dem Anwesen wohnen auch jederzeit erreichbar aber überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Ein tolles Gastgeber Ehepaar - fünf Sterne!!! Jederzeit wieder😁👍”

“Wir haben en Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung, ist sauber und klimatisiert. Bei einem zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt gibt es nach einer Woche frische Handtücher. Großartig war der Poolbereich, den man immer für sich alleine hatte. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich und immer für einen Tipp offen.”

“We stayed at villa Bella for 4 weeks in April and loved our stay. The property is immaculately clean and exceeded our expectations. The location and view are great and you can walk into the town in around 30 minutes if you wanted to. Valérie is a great host and very responsive, nothing is too much trouble. We would very much like to stay here again!”

“Wonderful pool and bbq. Friendly host who did all he could to make our stay enjoyable. Close to tram terminal for transport to Central Nice , beaches etc. Quiet out of town location with stunning views. Excellent boulangerie and bar within 5 mins walk Thoroughly recommend”

“Es un hotel muy aceptable, una vista grandiosa al mar de la costa azul, una ubicación muy conveniente entre el aeropuerto y el centro antiguo de Niza, extraordinariamente bien comunicado por autobús y por tranvías, precio competitivo, habitaciones limpias y espaciosas. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar con ellos.”
