“Initially my wife and I had a room that the A/C was a bit old and the room was hot but the staff were fast to fix the problem and our stay was amazing after that. The breakfast buffet doesn't have tons of options but they have the essentials and it was quite tasty. “The hotel is newly renovated. Clean and comfortable. The front counter staff is friendly and bilingual speaking in English and Chinese. Room is small but clean. Hot water is good in bathroom. “Sinceramente no es un hotel de 5 estrellas como dicen para empezar la piscina pertenece a otro hotel y tienes que cruzar un pasadizo cojer el ascensor del otro hotel y llegar a la piscina , una odisea por lo que para mí es una publicidad engañosa el decir que tiene piscina . Lo segundo esq las habitaciones las hacen muy muy tarde , nosotros salíamos muy pronto del hotel para hacer las excursiones y los dos días al llegar a las tres de la tarde la habitación estaba sin hacer , eso no es normal...

“I chose this hotel as it was very accessible to the conference centre where I was attending a conference. I was pleasantly surprised with the room - it was clean, very spacious, comfortable bed. Nice views (though dirty windows). The room even had a kitchenette in it (but with a note that no cooking allowed?!). Lovely big bath and separate shower. However hotel as a whole has appearance of neglect. Pool was nice but needs a good scrub…whole exterior of hotel looks crumbly and dirty/likje it is...
