“Just a few things, the smoke detector in the living room is way to sensitive. The knives are worthless. No salt in the bucket. Take the useless desk out an put in a couch or a couple comfortable chairs. Driveway and parking area needed to be cleared better. ”

“Cherry was an excellent host and responded promptly. The apartment was very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. It was in a quiet and safe neighborhood with free parking on the street. We stayed a week to visit with family and friends. We would definitely book here again!”

“It’s a nice little apartment with parking literally outside your door so it’s convenient in that sense. Clean and well kept but we weren’t notified a family would be staying directly above us. Which is pretty neglectful due to the fact that I specified we were coming back to the area without our kids because we had such a nice vacation in the area (with the kids) over the summer and just wanted alone time for ourselves this time around. “Very great place to stay with friends and family or even a solo get away. It’s in the heart of downtown Ellicotville, walkable distance to shops, restaurants, and much more. The apartment itself was very clean and the pictures matched exactly to the in person experience. Loved spending the nights on the balcony enjoying the fresh air. “Beautiful place and location was perfect for holimont & holiday valle and walking into town. Very close to train tracks, but train doesn’t pass often. 10am check out seems kinda early, but not a deal breaker. The host was very communicative and attentive. Over all the stay was a great time ”

“We were impressed as soon as we walked in the door. Plenty of room for everyone and a very well stocked kitchen. Beds were extremely comfy. The entire unit was very well organized and decorated. The convenience of walking a short distance across the parking lot to the slopes was unbeatable. The hosts were very responsive throughout the booking process (and I can be very needy!)
