“I don't believe I realized the age of the home, dueto the recent renovated online photos when I reserved this property. Check-in was easy & it has some unique property moments throughout. The biggest issue was the lack of air circulation, especially throughout the top floor, which made the AC really struggle. We stayed for 3 evenings. When we initially got there, we set the thermostat for 70 with it being 88 outside. The coolest it got on the main floor was low of 72 the following morning, but...

“The unit was perfect for the two of us. The bed slept great. It was very small but we only needed one night and the size and price was perfect. The exterior backyard was unkept. But when we got inside it was just fine. No issues at all. Does have washer and dryer and nice big bathroom. Only complaint was the toilet is very short. We are both tall and for us it seemed like a toilet for a small child.”

“Power went out, they addressed it. Dishwasher error code prevented it from running, they addressed it. Great large space tons of room. House could have been finished a little nicer. Small things, for example the TV is mounted way too high in the living room it’s ridiculous . AC and furnace worked great. Sufficient for what we needed.”

“This property is ok. The maintenance and cleanliness are just ok as well, you can tell the property is “pet friendly” (which I had missed when I made the reservation.)It was big enough for our group so that was a plus. Communication with the host was slow to nonresponsive and disappointing. But the automatic messages on how to enter and how to leave the property came through on time and made those parts easy.”

“Our stay was very comfortable. The place was decorated nice and the beds were comfortable. The fireplace gave a nice ambience. The air conditioner when needed worked well. We use the kitchen for most meals and it was set up well. It is walking distance to Smith's grocery store, the convention center, and downtown Provo. Very convenient location. Will stay again.”
