“Location was good. House was from the 1900. There was charm to it, but doors were literally were falling off hinges. This property could use a face lift. Rugs were nailed to older carpet. Very spacious and stocked with kitchen items. There was a mouse in the kitchen. I understand sometimes it’s out of the owners control. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but I would not stay at this property again, especially since they “double” charged me for the stay. It took days and multiple attempts to connect...

“This was the favorite house of our 11 day vacation in 4 different VRBO rentals. The location was perfect. The house was clean with comfortable beds. The rental process, check in and check out was all handled well with the app they supply after booking. Parking was easy with the private driveway which is a big deal in downtown Salem. I would definitely stay at this location again. 2 out of 3 kids rated Salem as the best leg of our vacation.”

“Great place, located in Salem and within walking distance to the cultural areas. Quick 15min walk to most of the Salem shops, restaurants and places of interest. The house itself had updated fixtures, furnishings and appliances. A/C units in the bedrooms and central A/C on the first floor. Was plenty of space for my family of four, which included two teenagers. WiFi was fast, so streaming worked great. Host sent check-in information ahead of time and we had no problem checking-in.”
