“We chose this location because it was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Salem and Boston. The place was clean, the AC worked perfectly, and it had what we needed to stay for two days. I did not have any issues checking in or communicating with the host when needed. The suggestions they gave for local restaurants paid off and we enjoyed some amazing food and ambiance.Overall, we enjoyed the stay, and I would come back if ever in the area.”

“This house is a perfect getaway! We absolutely loved everything, and it was one of the highlights of our trip! It is so clean, organized, has all the modern amenities yet it’s like stepping back in time to the late 1800’s! My whole family slept fabulously in the comfy beds too! I only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it some more! I would highly recommend this house, no need to look any further! ”

“We had a beautiful weekend in the quaint and welcoming town of Rockport in this historic, well preserved, comfortable home. Victor was a great and responsive host, our group of 8 professional touring acoustic musicians has a great weekend stay. The 9 full bedrooms and 3.5 baths worked out perfect for our group. We will certainly hope to stay here in the future. ”

“Captain’s Lookout is a gem! It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had so many inviting spaces to relax and enjoy. The owners seem to go the extra mile to make it a really pleasant stay. I thoroughly enjoyed our time there. ”

“What a wonderful house and what a wonderful time we had there. The main floor has an excellent, fully stocked kitchen and comfy living room. Downstairs is the main bedroom and bathroom with an extra large tub. A real bonus is that it's nice and cool down there (there's also a floor fan if needed). Upstairs from the main floor is a very large bedroom with 3 single beds and a second bathroom with shower. One evening we walked down to the dock area (about a quarter mile away) to watch the sunset....
