“We had a wonderful stay! The studio was clean, cozy, and located in a beautiful historic house. It was also conveniently close to downtown, which made it easy to explore the area. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Communication with the host was excellent—they responded quickly and were very helpful whenever we had a question. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!”

“The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. ”

“We had a great time staying here and exploring not only Boston, but Wakefield too! It was a quick drive to Salem as an added bonus. The house is a perfect homebase with everything you could want. Nearby shops, grocers, and restaurants made even the necessities fun!”

“The pictures were accurate, and the rooms were spacious. However, the space was not clean. There was an unpleasant smell near the entrance. The oven and coffee maker were dirty, and there were chemicals all over the oven. The TV controllers were not working, but they looked for them and gave us replacement controls. Bring your own towels because the ones they provided had a bad smell, even though we only used them to step on after showering. Considering the price, I don’t think it was worth it.”

“Amin's apt was clean, well-furnished, conveniently located, well air-conditioned. When it turned out that he couldn't show up to meet me when I arrived, he sent rather cryptic instructions about how to gain access that delayed me for 45 minutes or so. That was not a good start. But after that, everything was fine.”

“Our host Muny was very responsive to our questions. The check in & check out directions were simple & clear. The location was very safe and we felt very safe walking to the Savin red T- stop even at night. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the stairs are narrow. We did not have any problems with it at all but want to tell other guests if they have mobility issues.The inside of the apartment is quite spacious. We had plenty of room for 4 people and there is a trundle bed for 2 more guests to...
