“Nice place! ”

“Super cute apartment above a bar/restaurant. We are at the restaurant under it the first night, and the food is really good. The first night we stayed there was a Tuesday, so the bar was closed. The second night it was open and kind of loud but closed at midnight so nothing crazy. Love the apartment. I missed an email from the owner with the door code, but he responded quickly. Super cute neighborhood with walking to lots of shops and restaurants. ”

“Great set up for an attached unit that provided contactless check in. Good communication with host. Very clean! Would definitely stay there again if in the areas. ”

“This was a wonderful location to spend a few days in Ann Arbor. I was there for a conference that was being held in the Student Union at the university. It was perfectly situated in an area with everything you could possibly need from retail to wonderful restaurants to quaint shops. My only caution would be that there is a very steep stairwell to access the residence. This wasn’t a problem but could be an issue if you are traveling with someone that has mobility challenges. “Overall very comfortable stay. The layout of the apartment is spacious yet cozie. The exterior could us a little sprucing up especially since it is an old building. Suggestions are as follows:1)Need full size ironing board I had a summer dress I could not iron properly due to doom room size ironing board 2) Supply Paper towels 3) Need trash cans in bedrooms 4) Need to be able to lock the bedroom doors ”

“Excellent location, nice decor! Came to visit for a reunion weekend and was quite happy with this space. Very easy to walk to campus or downtown, and being able to swing back here for a breather between events was super convenient. Thanks for a lovely stay!”

“This place is adorable and cozy. It is also so well stocked with thoughtful amenities, snacks, and extras. I was able to cook a full Christmas dinner in the kitchen, which is a rarity for vacation rentals. The host was quickly redponsive and very helpful and warm. ”
