“Absolutely fantastic place, and a wonderful host, simply incredible and the top of my list for rebooking next time.10/10 would recommend!”

“CAN'T BE ANY BETTER.”

“The place was super cute and clean. Located in a very nice and safe feeling neighborhood. Close to walk for restaurants and ice cream. Would stay here again!”

“Very cool property, clean and spacious. I was surprised there was no hair dryer and disappointed, although not surprised, that there was no tea. Positive experience overall.”

“Perfect location and property for date night with the wife. With many restaurant options and antique shopping to explore in Depot town it was nice to just walk and relax in a well decorated and clean loft. I suggest that you buy a record from one of the shops and utilize the record player in the loft. Already planning another stay for our next date night!”

“Our experience was positive for the most part. The location was within walking distance to campus and downtown and staff were helpful. A few glitches came up-someone parked in my paid parking space and my request for an extra pillow needed to go to a team for a decision but was not solved. I handled both concerns.”

“nice little stay”

“The place was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It was perfectly located - within walking distance of bars, restaurants, shops and Michigan Stadium.”

“Great place to stay. Right in Depot Town. Steps from dinning and shopping.Loved the place.”

“We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. Finally, at 6 p.m. someone showed up to turn on the heat in the downstairs apartment where it had been turned off by the tenants who had moved out suddenly. The property manager tried to blame me for not getting back with him to tell him we hadn't closed...

“Beautiful decor and an excellent location!”

“Excellent location - it's the best of both worlds as the street is very quiet and relaxing and yet you are also steps away from all the fun of Depot Town. We walked to several restaurants, coffee shops and the Ypsilanti Food Coop, which is such a sweet, independently run grocery store with a delicous bakery and home cooked meals and soups on offer every day.The apartment itself was compact, very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay for one or two people. The rooftop porch...

“CLEAN and exactly as pictured. Well maintained with a high standard of cleanliness, comfort and tasteful furnishings. A perfect fit for a family of four in a pleasant location. Wife especially appreciated how everything in the kitchen has designated, labeled spots and was easy to find. In-unit washer and dryer add to the appeal for longer stays. All the comforts of home at your fingertips. Just the right size, and has a pleasant, shared back yard. We would be happy to stay here again!”

“Good host, clean property, great location. Thanks!”

“The room was just as advertised. Perfect location for full center campus access. Had everything I needed. Would definitely stay there again.”

“There are widespread mold in the bathroom and multiple stains on the towels. The boiler in the kitchen was not working until I figured out the outlet breaker was tripped. The kitchen trash can does not close well. One of the windows was open in this cold weather! Toilet seat is too small for a normal person. Most surfaces all over the unit have a fairly thick layer of dust. This cannot be missing a few spots by the cleaning person, this is pure ignorance of the owners. Communication was very...

“Things broke and banged up….needs so work. Wouldn’t stay there or recommend.”
