“The place was very well equipped. It was clean and decorative like a home not just a cheap rental. The location was perfect if you want to be close to downtown Ann Arbor and the University. The was nice little green space in the backyard to enjoy in the evening.”

“This well kept property is in a lovely neighborhood, close to downtown. It is pet friendly with a fenced-in back yard. The kitchen is set up very well for preparing meals and there is a grill outside too. We also enjoyed the firepit for roasting marshmallows to prepare s'mores. We especially enjoyed the hot tub!”

“this was a fine place to stay. It feels like a basement though, a little on the chilly/damp feeling side. But overall fine enough. Description makes it sound closer than it is for walking to things.”

“We enjoyed our stay and the location. The driveway can accommodate at least two vehicles, and street parking was available also. Bathrooms, kitchen and floors were clean and host provided enough towels/linens for all guests. Bunk beds with slide are fun for kids. We used Meijer’s delivery service for groceries, which worked very well.”
