“The studio was very clean and well equipped with utensils and what not. The area was quiet, safe and peaceful and we had no issues. Would definitely recommend.”

Hot water was in short supply in mornings for showers. However, these few inconveniences were of little concern. Thank you for a wonderful stay in a beautiful town!”

Very small steep steps and circular, We are all in our 70's so unless you are in good shape, it may be difficult to get up and down the stairs, One of the ladies was having trouble with her Achilles tendon and struggled,”

Upon arrival we found the entire property very dirty, towels were in the stand up shower on the floor dirty & wet. The 2 beds were not worthy of new guests with sheets, blankets & pillows appearing as if someone had slept in beds with no preparation for new arrivals. The sponge utilized to clean the plates & utensils was very old & dirty, not to mention the plates &...

“This property was a good value. We were in town for a high school graduation so we weren't at the unit very often. The sofa in our unit was old and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was very small. The stairs walking up to the units and our particular unit are very steep. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and helpful. Overall it is a good value.”

“Great spot to stay in Newburyport. Walkable to all downtown restaurants and the Clipper rail trail. Quiet room itself, kinda like an “efficiency” apartment. Everything was clean and up to date. The pictures are accurate. Parking is limited and tight - I was lucky to park each night, but it’s close to overnight parking should you need it.”
