“Un apto muy limpio, espacioso, acogedor muy tranquilo el lugar. No conocí el dueño, solo tuve comunicación atraves del CEL, contestó todo lo q le pregunté. Solo tiene q arreglar una filtración x las paredes del baño. Y ponerle otra goma a la puerta del cuarto q da a la parte de atrás. Se metió una araña grande al cuarto y se mete el agua si llueve muy fuerte. Pero en general el apto es acogedor y cómodo. Muy bonito. Me encantó la facilidad. ”

“There was a pool but not clean and no ladder.”

“The place was clean and it was pretty good size. It was a little strange though because they lived there so their pictures were on the wall and had plastic on two of the chairs to cover them up and it just weird. The rooms were all locked except the one that they leave open for you the one that has the air conditioner and then you have to get a key for each individual room instead of them just all being open like normal doesn’t make sense why they were all locked up the bedrooms. Just kind of...

“Exelente vista tremendo para relajarse y pasar un buen rato. La propiedad muy cómoda la volvería a rentar ”

“We had the best time ever at La Casita de Mami! The house was absolutely perfect—it truly felt like a real 'casita de mami.' She had everything you could possibly think of, making it feel just like you were staying at your own mom's house. The home has such a warm, welcoming feeling that the whole family thoroughly enjoyed. Our host, Carmen, was absolutely amazing! She was so quick to answer all of my questions and even followed up to make sure we arrived safe and sound. Love that woman! Between...

“Driving there was a wild ride. Definitely don’t do what I did and drive at night. But rental was clean and we really liked the room. No complains at all on that.”

“The house is beautiful and comfortable. Near Guayama and Patillas so it was a perfect location for us. The street is kind of a busy road and a noisy car every now n then but not too bad.The hosts are very attentive and responded quickly to my texts. There was a parking situation that was not the hosts fault and they called right away to offer help which I greatly appreciated. One of the AC remotes wasn’t working but we switched the battery and used the other remote to control both ACs. When I...

“It was a nice little house. Neighborhood wasn't bad, no complaints, host was exceptional. Just recommend having the place a little more clean, and upgraded, but you pay for what you get. It was close to where we needed to be, so it was convenient.”
