“Loved this property! Location was PERFECT. We walked everywhere and literally never used my car all week. Condo is very clean, lots of natural light, and cute little porch area to yourself. They have brand new Roku TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Wifi was strong and convenient trash, recycling and laundry on premise. My only feedback would be mattress toppers for the beds, they were a bit stiff… but not a deal breaker, as we’d love to come back again next summer. Thanks for a great week...

“Place was easy to find and access. Vehicle parking was great. Building and room access was a snap. Room was clean. Had a few things that needed minor fixing but nothing major. Overall was decent!”

“This was a very last minute trip same day to be exact. Michael is very attentive and replied right away so we were able to book it for the same day. Stayed 3 nights. Everything about this place is amazing. The view spectacular. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood walked each morning to KB's a bagel/coffee shop which is 10+ as well. “The Wave is wonderful place to relax and renew. The view is spectacular as well as direct access to the beach. Restaurants are a couple blocks away and the evenings were peaceful. The decor has a nice flow and feel. Everything you you need is there… just bring your flip flops!”

“This was a perfect little spot for my wife and I and our young son. Its a small studio but its right across the street from the quieter north end of the beach, but still easily walkable to plenty of stores & restaurants. Its also right on the main ocean road that takes you on a beautiful drive up north along the coast. “Online description is on point. This is a roomie cottage that has views galore on a fantastic clean beach. Loved that within a 5 minute drive we had all the amenities in Newbury. The property is in need of some updates (as they clearly describe in their listing) but it was very clean and spacious. We would love to stay again.”
