“Nice apartment with plenty of natural light. On the top or in the back corner of the building so not right on the busy street. It is the city so there is noise, but it didn’t bother us. Where is the transit line that goes by periodically, but I think it’s electric so pretty quiet. In a decent location in this up-and-coming neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. Quiet building. I think I saw two other people over the three days that we stayed there never heard any neighbors.”

“We had a great stay at this property. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Parking was very convenient, and the space worked especially well for our family. One thing future guests should be aware of is that food delivery and package deliveries can be a bit challenging. The building lobby is not always staffed, even during normal business hours, which may make receiving deliveries less convenient.”

“Great apartment in a convenient location near downtown Salt Lake City. The space is clean, well-maintained, and comfortably accommodates a family of four, with cozy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. It’s on the third floor, and getting to the unit takes a few minutes, but the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Communication with the property manager was excellent - after checkout, we realized we had left some clothes in the dryer, and they kindly allowed us to return a couple...
