“Paid for early check in but apartment was not ready when we arrived. Had to wait in the hall. Contacted Host and was told I would receive a refund for the early check in fee but have not seen that yet. Apartment was nice and as advertised and pictured. One thing to be aware is bedroom windows are right next to very bright parking lights and there are no blackout shades so it does feel like perpetual morning all night. “Hot tub was maintained and usable. There were towels enough for everyone to have one for showers and one for hot tub. Was grateful for extra blankets. ”

“Overall, stay was excellent. Only “complaint” would be, that it would have been nice to have the balcony/porch cleaned off so we could have enjoyed sitting outside. Way too much dirt to try and clean in off with just water and a towel. ”

“The property was lovely but shouldn’t be advertised for 6 people because the couch bed was broken the whole time we were there. My son had to sleep on the floor the whole week.The on-site management wasn’t very helpful, when we notified them about the broken couch, they said maintenance wouldn’t be in for two days, after the weekend. “We traveled from Hawaii and never been to Utah. I wanted a place that would accommodate a party of 5. This place was perfect for us to sleep comfortable. Very spacious and clean. The parking area was convenient. It was nice to park the car and didn’t require us to walk up stairs with all of our luggage.
