“The property was lovely but shouldn’t be advertised for 6 people because the couch bed was broken the whole time we were there. My son had to sleep on the floor the whole week.The on-site management wasn’t very helpful, when we notified them about the broken couch, they said maintenance wouldn’t be in for two days, after the weekend. The maintenance man tried to fix the couch but didn’t succeed as he wasn’t familiar with the faults in the couch that were causing the collapse. In the end we were...

“Paid for early check in but apartment was not ready when we arrived. Had to wait in the hall. Contacted Host and was told I would receive a refund for the early check in fee but have not seen that yet. Apartment was nice and as advertised and pictured. One thing to be aware is bedroom windows are right next to very bright parking lights and there are no blackout shades so it does feel like perpetual morning all night.
