“The staff were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful & genuinely welcoming which made our stay enjoyable. The room was a lot bigger than we expected which was great! Only small things to note were that the ceiling light shades were a bit dusty and some minor mould build up in the top room ceiling which may need to be looked into. These didn’t take away from an otherwise positive experience. Thanks again for having us! ”

“Breakfast was simple but good, air conditioning was very good, everything else was okay, nothing special, nothing bad. For the price in the area it is a pretty good deal, but claiming to be a 4 star hotel is very dubious. No 24 hour reception, cafe only open 3 hours a day, no facilities like pool or otherwise, no room service, very small basic rooms. I knew that when booking so it was fine for me, but if you see the 4 Stars and go there expecting a normal 4 star hotel with all the facilities,...

“Hotel staff allowed two males to enter my room whilst we were sleeping (mum & son). Massive breach of privacy! Unable to resolve issues with hotel - lack of ownership over incident. Room is not clean. Dirty room ”
