“We had a wonderful two-night stay at Tanager Rainforest Lodge. The peaceful rainforest setting made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The Garden View Cottage was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the entire property was beautiful.

“This place is beautiful and well-kept. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and they did allow us to order from the menu after the first few days. We were there five nights. Our room said it had a kitchenette but there was only a coffee maker and mini fridge. Our second room did have a microwave. We had to switch rooms because on the third night we were lying in bed and saw bed bugs! We thought we had been getting bit by mosquitos but it turns out it was bed bugs! Luckily the manager...

“Very lovely spot in a very lovely town! It was easy to find & super comfortable. I had a great time sitting out on the veranda and bird watching in the gorgeous trees and palm on the property. There are great spots to eat nearby (tbh PG is a small enough town that everything is ‘nearby’, even more so when you borrow a bike to get around) and the breakfasts were delicious! Kudos to Florette for her cooking skills and help with everything !”
