When I contacted the manager to ask questions on how to operate things, the response was obviously AI with very generic answers not tailored at all to the actual house. We were told in the listing there would be operating instructions in the house along with a book with things to do and neither could be found in the house. “When we first arrived there are actually 2 gates to get to the casita in the back (the orange fence and the metal fence) but the privacy and security were great for us. Everything was clean and the bed was huge and fabulous. The casita is laid out in very dog friendly way, and the open floor plan was perfect for my husband and I who were traveling with our fur babies. The location was great and not far from anything major that we needed, i.e. HEB (the best grocery store) and Walmart/ shopping....
