It allows a relaxed stay on the south of the island, very close from its main touristic attractions like Meloneras Boulevard, but without the noise of its streets and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying sport activities such as golf, cycling, fishing or sailing, or just to relax on its swimming pool with wonderful sea views.



The house is distributed in one single floor at street level, and consists of a wide living room with smart tv, dining area and fully-equipped independent kitchen, a private terrace, a private sun terrace with sea views on the rooftop, two bedrooms with double beds, and two full bathrooms with walk-in shower. Guests also have access to a large common pool.



There is free WIFI throughout the house. It has plenty of street parking area near the door of the house. The yacht club urbanisation is private, with continuous surveillance, supermarket, and restaurant. Access to the motorway is less than 1 km away and the airport is 30 minutes away.
