This cosy flat, which sleeps 3 people, has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a television and a desk, whilst the living room features a comfortable single sofa bed for the third guest, a 42-inch Smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace.

The open-plan kitchen, integrated into the living area, is fully equipped. The flat also has a modern bathroom with a shower.

The living room leads out onto a pleasant terrace, which is partially shared with another flat; however, the covered outdoor dining area and the two sun loungers are for your private use, allowing you to relax whilst enjoying the beautiful sea views.

The complex offers three communal swimming pools, one of which is heated, open daily from 09:00 to 21:00 – ideal for making the most of Gran Canaria’s excellent climate.

It has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, juicer, blender and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The flat also has a washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, iron, towels, bed linen and much more.

There is free on-street parking, with no designated spaces and subject to availability.

The building has no lift and access requires climbing several flights of stairs.

Air conditioning is only available in the living room.

Check-in must be carried out in person, and arrivals after 22:00 incur an additional charge that varies depending on the time. On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8.00 pm and 10.00 pm.

The accommodation is not suitable for babies as no cot or high chair is provided.
