  • OcanSide Suite 302 is a wonderful one bedroom apartment perfect for couples, located on the third and top floor with a wonderful balcony with seaviews by the pool and solarium area. San Agustin Beach is only a 10 minute walk away!

    This beautiful holiday home is equipped with all the necessary features for a comfortable holiday; a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker and all utensils for cooking.

    There is one double bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, offering views over the solarium and the sea. You will have access to a fantastic swimming pool too!

    A third person can be accommodated in a single sofa bed.

    This complex is beautiful, overlooking the sea in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

    Its location, very close to several restaurants, supermarkets and also a beautiful promenade that connects to the beach, will make you experience the best holidays in the Canary Islands.

    The OceanSide Suite 302 is also very well connected to public transport, so you can visit some of the most important beaches on the island, such as Maspalomas, Meloneras, Puerto Rico, Amadores, etc.

    You can also visit the capital city of Las Palmas, the old town of Vegueta or the golden beach of Las Canteras.

👍 Las vistas maravillosas. El complejo tranquilo. El apartamento muy bien equipado. 👎 Total descoordinación del personal de check-in con la limpieza. Cuando llegué, habiendo recibido msj de que estaba listo, estaba sin limpiar y tardaron varias horas en limpiarlo, teniendo que esperar en la calle a 35 grados. Una pena porque el apartamento está muy bien. Así encontré el apartamento (foto)

Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, alles was man im Haushalt benötigt war vorhanden. Ich konnte von Beginn an gut schlafen und wurde jeden Morgen „vom Meer geweckt“, einfach wunderbar. Besonders erwähnenswert der tolle Ausblick und die ruhige Lage. Beim Check-in wurde ich sehr freundlich empfangen, alles wichtige wurde gut erklärt. Jeder Kontakt verlief zügig und reibungslos. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft (als Paar mit Kleinkind). Die direkte Lage am Meer mit dem tollen Ausblick war super schön. Wir konnten auch die sehr sympathischen und hilfsbereiten Eigentümer des Apartments kennen lernen, was sehr nett war. Die Parkplatzsuche in der Nähe der Unterkunft ist Abends etwas schwieriger, aber dafür liegt das Apartment in einer ruhigen Gegend.

👍 Very nice and well equipped apartment with exceptional view at a quiet location in San Agustín. It comes with a omfortable bed, two toilets and air conditioning which makes the stay very pleasant at 32°C. 👎 Finding a parking lot sometimes was a challenge

👍 Die Lage, die Aussicht aufs Meer, die Anlage mit Pool und Liegen hat uns gefallen. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist durchdacht, viel Stauraum und gute Küchenausstattung. 👎 Die Fußböden wirkten ungepflegt, die Fugen zwischen den Fliesen waren nur noch am Rand der Räume hellgrau, sonst dunkel und speckig. In der Dusche hatte sich auf vielen Fugen Schwarzschimmel angesetzt, der auch auf den Bodenfliesen zu sehen war. Die Zwischenreinigung war oberflächlich, neue Handtücher wurden vergessen und mussten von uns zusammengesucht werden.

👍 Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt: sehr schöne Wohnung mit grandiosem Ausblick, Man fühlt sich wie auf einem Schiff. Strand, Restaurants und Supermarkt sehr gut erreichbar. Die Parksituation war auch viel besser als erwartet. In der Nähe des Spar-Marktes gab es immer was, man muss dann halt ein paar Minuten gehen. Wir werden versuchen, diese Wohnung wieder zu buchen, sollten wir nochmal nach GC reisen.

Sehr schöne Lage der Unterkunft. Netter Empfang. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und sauber. Der Einrichtungsstil ist recht zusammengewürfelt und wirkte, wie auch die Beleuchtung (fast Neonlicht), eher hart und steril im Gegensatz zum maritimen Ausblick. Kommunikation ist sehr gut und zuvorkommend.

My wife and I had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing holiday during our stay at Seaside Suite.Communication was warm and friendly greetings on arrival with instructions proceeded smoothly. The apartment was chic and spotlessly clean. And we felt comfortable and safe within the relaxing spaces. The vista from both balconies were unobstructed, beautiful and south facing (what views to wake up to, sunrise and sunset skies over the sea!)Outside and within the complex the areas were just as immaculate. From the sunning and garden areas to the stunning pool. The surrounding quiet urban village outside is set quite high on a hill and takes you into the town and beach coastal area.There are a number of restaurants inside the town which can be located within reasonable walking distances. And to access livelier areas for bars and shopping, local bus routes are easily accessible.To summarise, we would highly recommend a stay for couples at Seaside Suite.

👍 I loved loved loved this property - it is even more beautiful than the pics - waking up to the view of the ocean and blue skies is amazing. Apartment is comfortable for a couple and sometimes we ate out and sometimes we relaxed at the apartment. There are restaurants and a supermarket within easy walking distance and the rest of the island is easily accessible by car. Breakfast on the balcony was amazing and the hosts are friendly and helpful. The apartment complex is also quiet - with like minded guests enjoying a relaxing break by the pool (also fabulous). We hope to come back soon 👎 Not the property as such but parking in the area can be difficult depending on the time of day.

Wow, what an absolutely beautiful apartment! Everything has been so thoughtfully put together to make your stay comfortable. Spotless on arrival, with everything you could ever need — from dishwasher tablets and washing powder to beach baskets and umbrellas by the door. The attention to detail is incredible.A special thanks to Chiara, who kindly waited for us when we arrived late and didn’t charge anything extra, and to Zeus, who came out within minutes to help when we locked the safe — both so lovely and helpful. The bed was super comfortable, the view was breathtaking, and it honestly felt more like a five-star villa than an apartment. The only thing I’d have loved is a bit more outdoor dining space, but it’s hard to fault perfection. Truly a five-star stay with amazing people — we’ll definitely be back and highly recommend!

This is a stellar place for a couple on holiday - well planned out and takes full advantage of the perfect views with two balconies, so do catch the sunrises and sunsets!The flat is fully stocked with towels and has a washing machine with liquid so you feel right at home. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils, etc. All you need is to provide the food and luckily there is a shop down the road with all the basics for your home-cooking. If you want to do a big shop, there’s even a Lidl within driving distance. We really enjoyed reading on the sun loungers by the pool with quick, cool dips when the day was at its hottest. Even nicer was getting the chance to meet the owner who lives in the same complex. Very sweet and super helpful. FYI, this spot is away from the hustle and bustle of Maspalomas yet walkable to San Agustin beach and (way) beyond. Our check-in was smooth and we were well informed upfront by the host. We hope to be back very soon! Thanks to all.

👍 Widok był przepiękny, personel niezwykle miły i pomocny. Podczas naszego pobytu na basenie w obiekcie nie było nikogo poza nami, dzięki czemu mieliśmy wrażenie, jakby był on na wyłączność. 👎 Minusem apartamentu był nieprzyjemny zapach, którego udało się pozbyć przy wietrzeniu pokoju.
