I have the location a 4/5 only because people like to drive fast on market street and if you request a ride from Waymo it is kind of an arduous walk to get to the pickup point a street down...

“This property has a lot going for it & could be a great value. Be aware that it’s operated by a team—maybe many properties are, but that’s not been my experience. While a lot of reviewers report good visits, based on our visit, the team has some housekeeping details and management issues to work on. Our biggest concern is that we were without water in one bathroom sink for more than 24 hours. I assume this type of problem is an unusual occurrence, still the response left something to be desired....
