“Virtually no ocean view except from the front lobby, and that was obstructed. Sits right on a very busy highway. Very limited parking in the front with difficult in/out access. Staff communication, limited and uninformed. Lots of stairs to navigate even getting in the lobby and all rooms. Nearby properties are less than desirable environment. Spacious, clean room, but amenities more of a motel category. A number of lightbulbs out in the room, bed frame broken and pops loudly, and very large...

“We were in town for Dreamforce. We got hit with extra costs (guessing cleaning) with no communication about it. We were rarely in the house and left the house in good order. Be wary if you are paying out of pocket.”
